4. Payments & Fees
Payment Terms
- Net 30 payment terms
- Late fees apply after 45 days
- Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days
5. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to:
Direct damages up to 150% of service fees paid
Excludes consequential/incidental damages
Subject to Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight
